Oliver is from Torridge and works at our Barnstaple office. He specialises in medical negligence law and is an accredited member of the AvMA Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel.
Oliver’s experience in this field covers the full spectrum of clinical negligence litigation, including multi-million pound claims. His caseload includes birth injury claims, negligent cosmetic surgery cases and medical misdiagnosis.
