Solicitors are able to deal with personal injury claims on a No Win - No Fee basis because under our legal system the loser pays the winner’s legal fees.

This means that if you win your accident claim and recover compensation then our fees and expenses will be paid by the other side.

However the reverse of the coin is that if you lose your personal injury claim then it is likely that you will be ordered to pay the other side’s legal fees.

Before you get too worried about this prospect we can tell you that we always make sure that our accident claim clients have insurance in place that will cover them if they lose their claim.

Some people already have this insurance in place before they suffer their accident. If you do then we will contact the insurer and tell them that we wish to deal with your injury claim under that policy.

If you don’t already have insurance (or an organisation such as a trade union does not cover you) then we arrange for a suitable policy to be taken out.
